Grounded, structured conversations that help people move past conflict and find a workable path forward.

Laura Schroerlucke

"I've come to believe that conflict is not the enemy of connection — it is one of its deepest teachers. For the past five years, long before I ever called myself a mediator, I was already doing this work: sitting with friends, families, and colleagues in their hardest moments, helping them find their way back to each other through the very disagreement that seemed to be pulling them apart. I studied Communication, Public Affairs, and draw on frameworks like Internal Family Systems because I wanted to understand conflict patterns, get to the root of problems,  and provide the proper systems to simplify complex issues to redesign a future rather than getting stuck in the past."

Laura is Certified by Phoenix Dispute Resolution accredited by the International Mediation Institute and the Civil Mediation Council endorsed by the Office of Dispute Resolution, Colorado Bar Association and the Mediation Association of Colorado.

Who You Are

  • You feel stuck in the same conflict patterns that don't seem to reach a resolution
  • You feel consistently misheard and misunderstood.

  • Communication has broken down and you need a calm, structured space to move forward.
  • You want to protect your important relationships while addressing difficult differences.

  • You are overwhelmed by the stress of potential legal battles.

  • You want structure and support to navigate a difficult conversation.

This Includes:

Families navigating disputes with compassion, finding solutions that work for everyone.

Workplace conflicts — communication breakdowns, leadership challenges, or interpersonal strain — resolved to restore clarity, accountability, and a healthier work environment.

Civil and community disputes between neighbors or within shared spaces, resolved to restore harmony.

Interpersonal disputes — turning conflict into a problem that can actually be solved.

About Mediation

Mediation is a structured conversation guided by a neutral third party. It facilitates confidential, informal problem-solving and collaboration to settle disputes — and unlike litigation, you get to decide the outcome.

A skilled mediator knows how to address conflict by asking the right questions — ones that invite people to be authentic and honest about the difficulties they're facing.

At the highest level, conflict becomes a source of learning. Together, we can design the preventative systems, structures, and environments that make future conflicts less likely, easier to manage, and faster and deeper to resolve when they do arise.
